We created our new brand promise and identity out of a need to shift perceptions of Wish. Each brand element works in its own way alongside the new merchant standards, product features, experience updates, and logistics process, to create Wish 2.0. 

Wish users love scrolling its marketplace, but not for any specific product. Love for Wish comes from its uniquely entertaining experience that leaves users pleasantly surprised by what they’ve found. We are motivated by the user and what they love most about the Wish marketplace; the unexpected surprise and delight they feel once they scroll across that special, wonderful something. The result is a dynamic mark that can flex with the Wish brand, intentionally surprising at every step of the journey.
